"After spending many hours on the phone and on the internet trying to find a better insurance rate, I landed with the Jason McBride agency. I spent many hours on the phone with the agent in that office who never once mentioned that my good rate was based on putting a tracking device on my vehicle to monitor my driving. I would never have agreed to that. So when the emails came from State Farm telling me that I needed to get this device to keep my rate, I was really disappointed. Not disclosing the finer points is the same as lying to me. How can you omit that information from your quote? When I called the office and got Jason on the phone he was not one bit sorry, in fact I felt he was a bit snarky about it and my opinion, that is unprofessional behavior. He went on to pivot, and say that the increase in my rate was due to one ticket that my husband had for one to four miles over the limit which isn't bad at all for a person who drives 80 to 100,000 miles per year. I got that part, but not the part about how my rates would increase 10 to 30% without the tracking device. So I went to AAA with no tracking requirement for a much lower rate. Mike and Jason, you are not an asset to State Farm. You really need to up your game. I do not recommend insuring with this agency."
"Donna when we spoke I apologized about the miscommunication. You wanted me to call Mike a liar, and I wouldn't do that. I again am sorry if that came off wrong. We quote everyone with Drive Safe and Save with the original quote. We are trying to save people as much money as we can. We quote a lot of people and sometimes we explain things too quickly. I will review that with the team. If you would ever like to speak again I'm always here to listen. Glad you found the right rate for you. Have a safe Fall/Winter."

"I was very disappointed in Jason McBride - State farm agency. Their office is extremely disorganized. They do not reply to emails, you are told incorrect information, and they almost never follow up with you. I was overcharged due to their error (I have time stamped emails). I was told too bad their hands are tied. I expected to eat the first one even though I was upset I was paying for their mistake with zero intention to help me. I was assured on the phone multiple times that I would not be overcharged again and that my documents were forwarded to underwriting. This was either a lie or they dropped the ball a second time because. I was overcharged again. Obviously, this made me very upset, so I called again and talked to a gentleman (not Jason ) who confirmed it was their error and saw all my time stamped emails I forwarded to him. He assured me they would try to make it right for me with a credit for at least one but would try for both. He was extremely helpful and understanding. After that, the office kept sending me text messages saying that I hadn't send in the paperwork again. When I called the woman laughed it off. Seriously? They are extremely disorganized. They did end up making it right but at that point I had lost all trust in this agency and switched elsewhere to somebody local. Moral of the story : their office is extremely disorganized, they do not follow up with you at all it's all on you, they repeatedly over charge you, and tell you too bad unless you talk to the right person."
"This is an unfortunate review and mostly due to PIP laws. Opting out through QHC takes coordination between the agency and customer. Also, when there are multiple QHC letters we have to wait to receive both. I am sorry Amber that you felt it necessary to leave this review. We will learn from this and do better."

"Jane Baldwin is amazing.... anytime I call she is so friendly, and always knowledgeable about whatever is going wrong on my end. We all know insurance is WAY too expensive, but she corrects any mistake that come through the mail in billing, and goes out of her way to push a pencil and see if something else would be beneficial in cost reduction. Plus, she's just a great lady to talk to, which makes it so much more of a plesant experience. One day I will meet her in person:) Thanks Jane🙂"
